Building Control

By working with Quadrant, commercial clients have a single point-of-contact through which Building Regulations approval can be attained. Quadrant have decades of experience providing Building Regulation approval for various commercial clients. These range from small independent entities to large corporations such as Asda, Waitrose and Office shoes. We pride ourselves on providing a first-class Building Control service. From project inception to completion on site, a single-point-of-contact at Quadrant will provide prompt, proactive and practical solutions to save you time and costs. We are able to approve Building Regulations throughout England and Wales saving our commercial clients time and resources contacting each Local Authority for approval.

Each project Quadrant works on is assigned a project manager. We have project managers with decades of experience working with commercial clients on varying projects. Our project managers are here to keep you informed of how to ensure that your project adheres to ever complicated Building Regulations. We can provide the above services on projects where we are appointed as the Approved Inspector, but also on those where another Building Control body is appointed – this is due to our status as an ‘accredited person’.
